Since 1985 we have provided a range of electrical services to homes and commercial businesses. Proceeds from Klock's Electric provide essential support to the Doan American Language Charity (DALC) located in Bien Hoa, Vietnam by Mr. Klock and his family, which offers free or low cost English language instruction to needy Vietnamese children ages 8-15. This non-profit project is designed to improve the students prospects of obtaining a better job and future. Speaking English is a valuable skill in Vietnam. Established in 2014, Currently over 900 students are attending our program. Please check out our FaceBook page, DALC Charity School should you wish to learn more about our humanitarian work.
Over 350 Vietnamese children attend DALC for free on the basis of their family income and individual circumstances. These students are the primary purpose of the DALC project. Other students pay just $12/ Month but must meet financial need standards in order to attend.
Graduation Day November 2017
A total of 386 students receive DALC Certificates of Achievement representing 864 hours of classroom instruction.
In addition to our conversational classroom curriculium DALC students also participate in outside charity projects such as in the Summer of 2018 at Ly Tu Trong rural Elementary School attended by over 1100 children. Our work there included the construction of a kindergarden play area, installation of numerous classroom upgrades, as well as a reguation soccer field. Over one hundred locals people offered assistance and about 30 DALC students contributed as well. We installed a purified water delivery system and much needed bathroom remodel. We supplied books, book bag, school supplies and mud boots to over 130 children.

Our average class size is from 15-28 students; We currently are teaching 43 individual classes year-around with each student attending three times each week. We employ over 20 Vietnamese University graduate instructors and support personnel
